Meet our team of professional practitioners and support staff

Our friendly practitioners make Cae Rhug Holistic Farm’s nature-based intervention (NBI) programmes truly unique, combining their caring personalities with a broad range of professional skills, knowledge and experience, to create valuable, person-centred and outcome-focused delivery.
